Arturo Montenegro is an acclaimed Panamanian director known for films that celebrate national culture and tackle social themes. His works, including Donaire & Esplendor, Frozen in Russia, and Everybody Changes, have broken box office records, with Birthday Boy being Panama's official selection for the Oscars 2023 and the Golden Globes 2023.

Film producer with over 10 years of experience.
He studied Systems Engineering at the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas (IUPFAN) in Caracas, Venezuela, and earned an MBA from Universidad Metropolitana. After working in international banking and consulting across Latin America, he transitioned into the audiovisual industry in Panama, where he developed a specialized methodology for production companies.
As Head of Production at Q Films, he leads diverse projects, creating innovative content for multiple platforms while ensuring high-quality standards that captivate audiences.
Aaron Bromley is a cinematographer and filmmaker with extensive experience in film, television, and photography. He studied audiovisual communication at the University of Lima, earned a Master's in Photography from EFTI and Universidad Enrique Vitoria in Madrid, and completed a screenwriting master's at FIA – Universidad Méndez Pelayo in Spain.

As Director of Photography, he has worked on acclaimed films such as Papers, Birthday Boy, Everybody Changes, and the box office hit Frozen in Russia. He is also the founder of MOVECAM PANAMA, a film and video equipment rental company.

With over 20 years of experience, Antonio Zapata is a video editor specializing in creating high-impact audiovisual content that drives engagement and sales. His background in graphic design and art allows him to integrate animation, illustration, 3D tools, and DaVinci Resolve color grading to deliver top-tier visuals. He has worked on feature films such as Birthday Boy and Papers, as well as commercials for television, social media, and cinema.
His work is focused on enhancing brand presence through strategic and effective editing. Every production is crafted not only to look great but also to generate measurable results, turning viewers into customers. His blend of creativity and commercial awareness makes him a key asset for any advertising campaign.
Verónica Ortiz La Loggia is a Venezuelan film and media producer with a background in acting and broadcasting. She specializes in executive production for film and audiovisual projects. She earned a degree in Arts with a specialization in Cinematography from the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) and has worked on numerous television productions. With experience in film, theater, and radio.
She now focuses on bringing high-quality content to the screen through her expertise in production.

Richard Banz, a producer at Q Films, is a communication specialist with more than 25 years of experience in several branches of advertising, marketing and the production sector. Passionate about social interaction and the creativity behind ideas that can distinguish a client or project.
His experience extends to managing several multinational clients in the Panamanian and European market among others.
